Situation:

Chicago Eyelid did not have any online presence; its Google profile was compromised and was at a 3.2 star rating; they did not have social media platforms, advertising, or marketing in place; its website was obsolete and lacked brand representation, strategic content, and an optimal UX website experience; it did not align with Dr. Sheila Shifrin’s professionalism and excellent service she provides.

Dr. Sheila Shifrin is an excellent oculoplastic surgeon, but her online presence did not reflect her real brand.

Solution:

We provided the development and implementation of a strategic marketing and advertising plan. During the first year, we also provided reputation management services to increase Google ratings and remove negative fake reviews, which were damaging to its overall brand and could negatively impact the effectiveness of our marketing efforts. Chicago Eyelid enjoys a consistent 40% increase in new leads, with 50% closing rate for oculoplastic surgical procedures each month, reaching and exceeding her business goals and expectations
